Glamorous Endurance is a way for me to document my journey. It's also a medium for me share online support and motivation for others striving for a healthy lifestyle. My clean recipes, fitness tips, and monthly challenge groups are designed to help everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes be the best they can be. Together, we will encourage and empower each other to achieve our dreams!
I run 3 times per week along with working out at home with programs like 21 Day Fix, PiYo, and Insanity. My goal is to be in the best shape of my life by age 30! I'm talking abs and all! I'm currently working on eating healthier foods, fat loss, and increasing muscle mass. If I can do this, than you can too!
My goal with Glamorous Endurance and Team SWEAT is to help others eat right and exercise so they FEEL their best. Oh, and having a rocking bod doesn't hurt either. My family is always on the go, so I understand the need for time management and a balance between wellness and fun. Since I'm not a nutritionist or fitness expert of any sort, all I can do is SHARE everything I am learning with you! I will be blogging fitness tips and healthy recipes in addition to hosting monthly, online support groups. I hope to personally connect with each of you so that you KNOW that you are not alone on this fitness journey!
